December brings about the very best in food choices and the Everglades Hotel is no different. Whether you’re after lunch and dinner, or thinking of avoiding the dishes on Christmas Day or Boxing Day with a fabulous feast, the choice is yours.

Throughout the month we will be running our specially themed festive Lounge Menu and a festive À La Carte Dinner Menu in The Grill, both complete with your favourite seasonal meals.

Our Christmas Day Grand Buffet Lunch is second to none where our team of chefs has created a menu of beautiful appetisers, succulent Christmas roasts, and decadent desserts. And if that’s not enough we will even have a visit from Santa for all the children. On Boxing Day we have another Grand Buffet Lunch giving you another opportunity to get together with all your family and enjoy a five course meal all without washing any dishes afterwards.
