To ensure comfort and health of all our guests and team members, all operating procedures throughout Hastings Properties have been reviewed and reworked, to ensure a luxurious service experience while adhering to social distancing and increased hygiene measures. Check-in is 3pm, check-out is 11am. You can arrange an early check-in or late check-out by calling reception on 028 7132 1066.
Guaranteed check in is 3pm however we can add an early arrival inventory to your reservation and your room will be prioritized although this cannot be guaranteed.
This service is subject to availability. A £20 per extra hour fee will be applied to the final bill for any extra hours past the checkout time. If you book lunch you will receive a complimentary 1pm late checkout. Late checkout can also be included in some of our special hotel offers.

Our online cancellation is subject to terms and conditions of accommodation package reserved. In general, bookings made via our own website can be cancelled up to 24 hours prior arrival. This does not apply to non-refundable, non-transferable booking and any bookings made via a third party site.

Yes, we have 3 spaces at our front door. If you require assistance parking we can also help upon request.
Yes we do, however we only have 1 so booking is essential.
Yes, we have multiple but only 1 full service accessible so booking is essential.
Yes we have a selection of teas and coffees in all of our rooms. If there is a tea type which is not provided in the room, if a request is made, we can supply.
All of our rooms have ironing boards and hairdryers in the room. Ironing board located in wardrobe and hairdryer located in the drawer of the dresser.
WiFi is available throughout the hotel and in all bedrooms. WiFi does not support downloading or higher band width requests.
Yes we have cots for children in the hotel but a request must be made prior to ensure sufficient availability.
Certainly, our concierge will safely store your luggage in the concierge store before check in or after check out. *We do not accept any liability for damage or loss to any property whilst left on the property

Yes, our concierge will be happy to make any transport arrangement.
The nearest train station to hotel is Derry-Londonderry Train Station, which is approximately 10 minutes by bus or taxi from the hotel
Only 1 mile from the hotel is Foyle Street Depot.
Only guide dogs are permitted.
We do not have any smoking rooms due to the new smoking law – however we do have designated smoking areas outside the hotel.
We are open to serve food from 7am - 9pm daily.
